Sekitar Tilawah Al-Quran Saudara Kita 2006

Kid Chan Studio was the official photographers & Sponsor of the recent Tilawah Al-Quran Saudara Kita 2006. The event was a tilawah competition on new Muslim converts.
The event was organized by Nusantara Gems Sdn. Bhd. The Chairman of Majlis Tilawah Al-Quran Saudara Kita 2006 was YM Dato' Raja Shah Rezza .
The event was graced by His Majesty Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin ibni Almarhum Tuanku Syed Putra Jamalullail, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong of Malaysia and Her Majesty Tengku Fauziah Abdul Rashid, the Raja Permaisuri Agong of Malaysia, His Royal Highness Al Wathiqu Billah, Al-Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin Ibni Almarhum Al-Sultan Mahmud Al-Muktafi Billah Shah Al-Haj , the Sultan of Terengganu & Sultanah & Her Highness Tengku Ampuan Mahkota Pahang Dar ul-Makmur.
Celebrities that were also present includes NorSheila Amin, Ella ,Nazri (Raihan) & AL-Gebra
You will probably recognized YM Dato' as the recently appointed wedding planner for Siti Nurhaliza and Datuk Khalid Mohamed Jiwa (Datuk K)!Celebrities that were also present includes NorSheila Amin, Ella ,Nazri (Raihan) & AL-Gebra

Great wedding by the beach at Lone Pine Hotel Penang

Hey All,
I have just returned with Voon with from a fantastic wedding ceremony & reception of Teofilus & Sheila. It was held at the St. George's Church Penang –South East Asia oldest Anglican Church and the charming Lone Pine Hotel. I am not going to try describing it, because words won't do justice. Especially mine.
Pictures later I promise.
We put up at the Gurney hotel this time. The hotel was really value for money. At RM175 nett per night, the room was fairly large with dining table, work desk, free broadband and generous breakfast spread. It also has a great recreation area (Not like we got to enjoy it, but Voon said he will bring his kids:) ) Btw, did I mention all washroom comes with a jacuzzi?
My regret this trip was the schedule was so pact , that we did not get to sample any famous Penang hawker fare:( However, I did manage to check out Slippery Senioritas after the wedding, with some of my new found friends from Melium:)
The club looks happening, but i feel it was a bit youngish for me.I definitely felt out of place with a glass of dunno where it come from white wine.Anyway, i was told it was the preferred party place inPenang. It is located just across the E&O Hotel . So if you are in Penang and fell like a bit of boogeying, go ahead check it out!
I look forward to my next trip.Ms Char Kuey Teow, Mr. Nasi Kandar and Madam Penang Piah we have a date!

We have just received notice of postponement of the Bridal Fair One Special Day Lasting Memories scheduled on 7-9 of July 2006 from the event organizer Profolic Mind. The event will be postponed to a later date. This was to be the biggest bridal show in Malaysia:(

I will be in Johor Baru (JB) tomorrow 24 June 2006 for an assingment. It is the Trilogy of Brunei's Adri & Syahida wedding. Dear All,
You may want to grab a cup of a coffee. This WILL be a pretty long corporate post.
At least for my standard! The reason for this long winded post is really because I have so many things to say and this is a crazy month. I just returned from Brunei a couple of days ago, we have 17 weddings event to cover, I am leaving for Bali tomorrow and need to be in Singapore next week -so go figure!

Grand Wedding of Ruben Gnanalingam and Shirieene Hajamaideen
Coincidentally, 5 person on the list were involved at the wedding above the very next day. They were yours truly the photographer, Camelia the friend and wedding singer, Rekha Sen the Maid of Honour, Ruben -THE GROOM and Shirieene -THE BRIDE!!!! Of course many more on the list were guests!

Short Talk (is this the copyright of my friend Kennysia , the celebrity blogger?): was informed by Winnie Loo of A Cut Above fame that i was photographed together will Will Quah. The photo in yesterdays New Straits Times was taken at a recent Brabus event. Anyone seen it or have a copy?
I was pleasently surprise to receive in the mail yesterday a beautiful thank you card and a 19 Page report.
I was the subject of a interview by 8 Multimedia University Students in their Final Year entitled Interview with a Cyberprenuer. I was really surprise to get the report, as i just can't comprehend how the student manage to write a 19 page report on me.
Anyway, I am very touch by the thoughtfulness of my interviewer for sending me the report
and such a lovely card.
I also take this opportunity to thank them for their very insightful ideas of improvement for my business.
Thank you once again and I wish Shirlyn and her team all the best in their future undertakings!
